2016 // A Year in Review
I don’t even know where to begin to describe how great this year was.
I feel so incredibly thankful for each and every person who chose me to document their special moments. I had the privileged of working with some of THE most genuinely amazing couples/families/ + seniors. I got to travel all across the state shooting weddings and engagement sessions. I even went down to Atlanta early this fall for an engagement session. My final wedding of the year took place in Ball Ground, GA. It’s so cool getting to travel around, doing what I love. Exploring new places and getting to be a part of these super special days is just the best. I really love what I get to do for a living and I couldn’t be more thankful for those who choose me.
Some amazing wedding clients are already lined up for this coming year. I’m so excited to see how those photos will turn out. Again, I just feel SO incredibly lucky that I get to do what I love for a living. I’ve been saying for the last couple of years that I pour my heart and soul into what I do and that still rings true coming into my 2017 season. I really believe that makes all the difference in the world. I’m more than grateful for the clients who appreciate that.
One of my big goals for 2017 is to make more time for personal work, creative shoots, and work that really inspires me. With that being said, I’m offering $100 off portrait sessions with clients I’ve worked with in the past who want some “anniversary” couple photos, or for those who just want to get weird with some creative ideas I’ve got brewing up. I’m limiting this to 5 sessions since I will be focusing on weddings and engagements again. Let me know if this appeals to you and we can get something in the books!
Anyway, below are a handful of my favorite images— okay… more like several heaping handfuls of images. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.
Au Revoir 2016.
