Having trouble deciding on the amount of hours of coverage you need?

Here are just a few examples to help. These are fully customizable and include flex time built in to be able to move things around etc. I'm also MORE THAN happy to come up with sample timelines that include the specifics of how you envision your day if that's helpful when deciding!

THe NExt Steps

what to expect after booking + beyond

1. We Are Ready To Book- You fill out the Contact Form, I confirm I have your date available and we can start the process of creating something amazing together.
2. We've Decided On A Package- I’ll send over a contract that covers a ton of “worst-case scenario situations” and protects us both. After that is signed you will be able to make the first payment via credit card or bank transfer.

3. We Are Officially Booked- The rest of your payment amount is split into 3 payments with the final payment due one month out from your wedding day (all of this is detailed in your contract.)
4. It's Time To Schedule Your Engagement Session- If your package includes an engagement session we will work on picking a date for that and I will send over an Engagement Session Questionnaire to get to know you a little better and to help brainstorm ideas.
5. It's Engagement Session Time! We have so much fun and create some amazing photos together. 4-6 weeks later, I email over your online gallery where you receive 200+ (likely way more) fully-edited photos in your online gallery where you can download them, share with friends/family and order professional quality prints if you want to.
6. It’s One Month Out! I send over some reminders to help make the day run smoothly, request a timeline, a list for family photos, send over a questionnaire to get to know your other vendors, and your final payment is due.
7. It’s One Week Out! I check in one last time and need to have your finalized timeline and list of photos that you want for family photos.

8. IT'S YOUR WEDDING DAY! You get to create incredible memories with your person, your friends & your family while I’m there to document it all in a professional & thoughtful way.

9. Your Photos Are Ready! 6-8 weeks after your wedding your photos (800+, but likely way more) all have been carefully hand-edited and are uploaded to your online gallery where you can download them, share with friends/family and order professional quality prints, albums etc. if you want to.

10. One Last Surprise! I send over a flash drive of all your wedding photos so that you have them backed up in a physical form. I recommend making a copy of this and storing it in a fireproof safe or another safe place so you will be sure to have them forever and ever.
