Indianapolis Engagement Session
// Anne + Tom
I know I say this all the time but I REALLY love dogs and when couples include them in their engagement sessions, it’s just the best. That’s how it was with Anne + Tom and Charlotte.
Anne + Tom met in college at IU Bloomington and now live out in Boston. They came to Indy to visit family over Memorial Day Weekend and we squeezed in an evening sunset session for their engagement session. We lucked out and had a perfect evening with wonderful weather and an amazing sunset. They brought along their adorable pup, Charlotte for the first part of the evening (I just want to photograph all the couples with pups, always.)
We started over near the Real Silk Lofts because I love the secluded feeling alleyways. You are in the heart of Downtown but it feels quiet and peaceful. I’m dying to see what these Lofts look like on the inside because I would totally live there if I could give up picking dog breeds that need lots of land to run on anddddd actually convince Nate it would be a good idea to move downtown.
We ended the evening at Highland Park which hosts one of my absolute favorite views of the Indy skyline. I love this park. It’s never crowded, has an awesome view and would be such a cool spot to have a sunset picnic (your welcome.) If you haven’t gone, you totally should. It’s truly a gem.
